A recent issue affecting RUCKUS One / RUCKUS AI Data Studio may have impacted scheduled reports associated with embedded dashboards for a small subset of customers.

A product fix has already been deployed across all regions to prevent newly created schedules from being affected. However, scheduled reports that were impacted before the fix was deployed cannot be automatically repaired.

Customers are advised to review their Data Studio scheduled reports and recreate any schedules that are failing or displaying errors.
